An Emergency is defined as follows:

1. Alarm activation
2. A break-in
3. Fire or fire alarm activation.
4. Water leak damage from one apartment another or from common area.
5. Mains utility failure, i.e. Water, Electric or Gas.

Any call to the Emergency Service, which is not deemed an emergency will not be dealt with until the next working day.
